RTET : ग्रेड थर्ड शिक्षक भर्ती अवैध, हाईकोर्ट ने जारी किया आदेश

जोधपुर.राजस्थान हाईकोर्ट ने एक महत्वपूर्ण आदेश जारी करते हुए राज्य सरकार द्वारा जिला परिषद स्तर पर की गई शिक्षक ग्रेड तृतीय लेवल प्रथम व द्वितीय भर्ती व नियुक्तियों को निर्णयाधीन रखा है। 

कोर्ट ने अंतिम वरीयता सूची में आरटेट प्राप्तांकों का 20 फीसदी जोड़ने को अवैध बताया है। आदेश न्यायाधीश गोपाल कृष्ण व्यास ने राजमल खटीक की याचिका की सुनवाई पर दिया।वहीं, अतिरिक्त महाधिवक्ता जीआर पूनिया की ओर से पेश हुए वकील महेंद्र चौधरी को 7 जनवरी तक जवाब देने का नोटिस कोर्ट ने दिया है। 

याचिकाकर्ता के वकील वी आर चौधरी के मुताबिक एनसीटीई ने शिक्षक ग्रेड तृतीय लेवल प्रथम व द्वितीय की भर्ती में शामिल होने के लिए शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा का प्रावधान किया है।लेकिन इसमें यह प्रावधान नहीं है कि भर्ती परीक्षा के परिणाम में आरटेट में प्राप्तांकों का 20 फीसदी जोड़ा जाए। बावजूद इसके सरकार ने इस भर्ती में ऐसा किया जो अवैध है। हाई कोर्ट ने भी इसी आधार पर भर्ती को अवैध माना है।

Frequency of conduct of TET and validity period of TET certificate :-
11 The appropriate Government should conduct a TET at least once every year. The Validity Period of TET qualifying certificate for appointment will be decided by the appropriate Government subject to a maximum of seven years for all categories. But there will be no restriction on the number of attempts a person can take for acquiring a TET Certificate. A person who has qualified TET may also appear again for improving his/her score.

How much weightage of TET marks is used in selection is in the hands of Selection Authority.As it is not clear in notification.

From name of exam it appears it is  eligibility test therefore I felt NCTE should clear about this so that candidates who are going to appear to improve their marks will not confuse.
Is it - Selection cum eligibility test OR simple eligibility test and candidates need not appear again in exam to improve their marks.
