आवेदन पत्र को अभ्यर्थी केवल ऑनलाइन तरीके से भर सकते है। किसी अन्य माध्यम से किया गया आवेदन निरस्त कर दिया जायेगा। ऑनलाइन आवेदन केवल 30 मिनट में पूर्णरूप से भरना आवश्यक है। ऑनलाइन आवेदन 26 दिसंबर, 2014 से प्रारंभ होगा।
ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने की अंतिम तिथि 25 जनवरी, 2015 निर्धारित की गई है। विज्ञापित पदों के लिए परीक्षा शुल्क के रूप में सामान्य व अन्य पिछड़े वर्ग के अभ्यर्थियों के लिए 100 रुपये चालान के माध्यम से जमा करना होगा।
आरक्षित वर्ग व विकलांग उम्मीदवारों को आवेदन शुल्क जमा नहीं करना होगा। परीक्षा शुल्क एसबीआई चालान के माध्यम से जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि 27 जनवरी, 2015 है। ऑनलाइन आवेदन तथा अन्य आवश्यक जानकारी व निर्देश के लिए उम्मीदवार http://dsssbonline.nic.in पर लॉग ऑन करें।
